What does "bag of bricks" mean? It represents the weight of all the things we carry around on a daily basis, the worries and the concerns, the stress of daily life as well as the responsibility of living in today's world. By the same token, it means celebrating the joys and successes, the big and small wins that help speed us through the day. Bricks can be good or bad, heavy or light -- but they all combine to form the sidewalks and walls of our world and so, at some point, we've carried each one, every type, every brick. Some we carried longer than others, some we realized, others we didn't -- but our life is a monument to all that we have and have yet to carry around, to set down, to place and to use. Bricks are good, bricks are necessary -- even the heaviest ones. The challenge is, don't carry them longer than you must and don't assume you have to carry them alone.
